The Importance of People in Business

For most businesses out there, people are a great assessment. Most companies spend up or toward 75% of our budget on either direct or indirect people expenses. We all have the goal of being people centric and how we run our businesses. But when we talk to our employees who are who's valued to us over a course of a lifetime is easily an assumption for hyperformers. And then we're surprised that people don't understand how their work fits into the mission and that they become disengaged.
