I think a lot of design leaders find themselves in a less mature environment where they're what's expected of them is to be a visionary, which the people around them don't even know exactly what they mean by that. And so kind of navigating that but to the kind of to this vision point, you mentioned the NPS of 70. You mentioned earlier that change doesn't happen in a year, right?
