I think people who are able to push themselves and will actually get something out of doing that then yeah they're much more likely to start taking on these taking on these habits and sort of unhealthy habits. That's another big risk of burnout is you know you aren't so very cognizant of like when your brain is not actually weighing things up correctly. The chances of you making a pretty disastrous mistake get much larger the further you go down this burnout route.
