When I left that firm to join Lammark Partners, I picked up my young family and moved across the country. My job when I joined Lammark was to help that firm. Think about how to react to the growing competition and commoditization that was happening in the secondary's business. The very first thing that I did was start to build tools and systems to help LPs understand their portfolio better. That became an origination engine for the firm.
