How to Avoid Distractions During Reporting Sessions
I try and not look at my inbox first thing in the morning. I don't keep my email open while I work, with all notifications off. The cost of switching between tasks is grossly underestimated. Trying to avoid it during the actual reporting session is the main thing I'll do. If only it was as simple as just putting on a piece of music. It's actually Little Wing by Jimmy Hendrix, but it's not the Jimmy Hendrix version.
