The Importance of Salvation in Marriage

In the book of Genesis, it says that God made Adam first, and then he needed a woman to come along to help Adam do his job of all creation. And so my vision was like, yeah, I want to be a godly man, I don't need to get a woman,. So she can help me be, you know, I do my thing. It's hard in a driven, arrogant alpha male's heart to submit all of that driving ambition to another. Men are called to sacrificially love. The goal of your marriage is to meet your spouse's needs. We have to have a reorientation of our heart.
