The Use of Fear

We should always mistrust our intuitions until we've proven that something is efficacious. We also notice that for many people, the recommended action, so whenever somebody bits a fear appeal, they make you afraid, and then they tell you what to do. So i think we also then tested the use of fear in other empirical experiments and discovered that it's like a coercion thing. People will do things that you ar making them do through fear, but you get a very long term negative emotional response which colors all their interactions with that particular protective measure. And that negative emotions are a bad idea in this game. A much a better idea, long story,. is to build self efficacy, right?
