A company called Skit AI wants to use generative AI to kind of automate the entire debt collection process. It's still not sure how much this service has been used, but a lot of AI ethicists have warned against it. The other thing I thought that was really interesting here is that when chat GPT started getting big, I thought stuff like this was probably going to end up being the use case.
