How do the scammers find his email address? And he guesses Dave? I mean, we can sit here and speculate wildly. Well, the first thing that comes to mind is that one of this person's coworkers has been compromised. Another way is if somebody else sent an email that copied him and sent it out on the internet. There are malicious nodes somewhere on the internet that harvests all the email addresses off and save them off and make lists available.
