How to Communicate With Neurodiversity

I think that empathy, you know, we talk about empathy for users as UX designers, but all the time, and I can't tell you how many times I work with UX designers that were just total assholes to the rest of their team. You're not helping anyone be on your side. Like your devs are going to come after you. What dev is going to put an extra work to find something when you are just an asshole to them all the time? So yeah, pick your battles, but yeah, I think this is like really good advice just in general.
