The Unusual Nature of the January 6th Committee Investigation

I do expect there is a prosecution memo like report being done right now. The January 6th committee investigation really spurred action I think it in some ways embarrassed the department and that they were so far ahead at least you heard that a lot from the committee members. All of the witness statements from the January 6th Committee are already public to the defense and to the prosecutors. It's very rare absent real concern about obstruction and safety of the witness for a prosecutor to stand on his or her rights to do that.
