There are far more good ideas that you can post rationalize, and there are good ideas you can p ration. The number of interesting ideas well actually get to through sequential logic is a very small subset of the potential good ideas out there. And so if you demand sense making as a precondition for anything you try, youare massively limiting the solution space. But i see individual beha or as containing a lot of hidden intelligence, which people think of as stupidity. And i see an institutional behaviour containing aA lot of stupidity, which people thought of as intelligent.
