How Do You Maintain Your Voice in Your Videos?

We grew super fast during the pandemic through 2021. It felt like we could do no wrong, everything we touched, turned to gold. We ended up over hiring and took our eye off the ball of the things that are truly important. The only thing that's absolutely essential is for it to be my face on camera rather than random, random person who's not even on my team.
