I normally like to take at least ten minutes just to close my eyes, sit down and just focus on either my breathing or just focus on whatever random thoughts my brains orco comes up in the moment. At first i tried out some guided meditation ap. So thee there, you sort of hear a voice that walks you through your meditation of what you should be thinking about whene you're just focusing on your breath. But now i just do it by myself.
