MD.mold has a handout that people can download to have some of that information readily available. The challenge with the medical issues is that many physicians when we're trained were not taught about the allergy side of mold or the full-blown infection in people who are immunocompromised. So look for a functional medicine trained doctor to at least get you started and then find somebody to help assess it.
