Versen Gederics in the Gallic War - Book One

Most of what caesar relates during the first six books of the gallic war is his conflict with particular individual tribes or nations within gaul. He gets a lot more people from quite a, you know, a large area of ancient gaul together to fight this army that's just been really dominating their land for a whole seven years by this period, or six years. And we don't hear about versangederics until we hear about him in caesar. So it's a bit of a an information loop, ye.
