Extend Your Cognition More

i externalize things a little bit more than i already do, more deliberately. What i'm notin at the moment is a lot of what i'm doing is in my head. Alp, externalize the retrievala, externalizing the storage. So retrieval is different. O, externalized the storage. Ok, maybe i'll be more specific to leave to make it so that i externalize the retrieval of like it's there, so i look at it, and then i can process it. Like separating that.
