How to Be a Successful Teacher in the Classroom
The main core of a teacher's approach should be the students and who we are like dealing with. So do you think it's better in the classroom to be strict or to be relaxed? Because I guess teaching adults it can be a little bit difficult to know how to manage this so what do you think? Well never too strict because it just wears you out and wears others out but you need to have authority in the classroom. By authority I don't mean the traditional style and approach to teaching that okay teacher is the boss and the students should obey, nothing like that.
