He says he had a posh lunch at Le Gavroche before going to Kuwait for five days of " climatization" After that, they were discombobulated and couldn't find their bags; then it was slow process into Iraq from there. For those first few days, there was very little happening: 'War is 95% boredom and 5% adrenaline,' writes Defterios.
