How Do I Sustain These Spiritual Practices?

Every being on this planet wants three things. Peace, love and happiness. We want it. It's like air, water, the body needs it. And so go and ask anybody, even those who are talking about war,. Go and ask them, what do you want? They'll say peace. That sort of feeds into the next question that somebody has asked us. They say sister you teach us so many wonderful spiritual practices. Even today's session has a lot of those. Their experience is that after week or two weeks, these spiritual practices sort of fade away. And you tell us to love everyone.
