Using Shortcuts to Create Automation on the Mac

The original sin of iOS is that they didn't put in like an Apple events type programming framework. On the Mac, everything that happens on your computer is an apple event. Once you've got access to the event then you can manipulate it which makes automation on the Mac. If you know what you're doing amazing and that that wasn't built into iOS. And now we're catching up and you're exactly right. You normal users can't access something like an apple event to create their, their automation so we need Apple to give us the tools through shortcuts.
