I've Done Many Bad Notes as a Young Executive

When i was a young executive, i've given many terrible notes. They're not always good. You have to pick and choose. It is a collaborationo you just don't go from zero to 60. So were our giving notes is just part of a process that s, i think, a necessary component to making television and film. There are other things that go into making your product. You're just making it the best product you can possibly make without all the other things.
