Lying just off the coast of tanzania, the archipelago of zanzibar feels like paradise. But whilst tourists enjoy swimming in the sea, the zanzibaris go there to farm seaweed. It's a big part of the small island's economy contributing about three million dollars each year. To give you an idea of how important seaweed is on the island, i spoke to her on zanzibars seaweed day.
