The People Side of Customer Success
We knew we needed either a chief of staff or someone to take on more of the inter function operations. We were fortunate when we acquired Heather Satterley's businesses, it did come with some amazing people and those amazing people has essentially filled those voids. And so with that transaction, we literally like completed two of our objectives for 2022. Now as we're headed into 2023, we know we need to build out our customer success team like that. Customer retention is a lot cheaper and more cost effective than customer acquisition. So I hope everybody can take away a little bit of nuggets from this conversation.
