The Importance of Retrospective Thinking

Nathan: I've been having to deal with that not only with you know my parents and my upbringing but also as an entrepreneur. He says the biggest thing aside from just your parents has been his mental health issues so he's had to reverse engineer himself. "I simultaneously love myself" is how Nathan describes being a perfectionist who can be very brutal on himself. His generation doesn't have any positive role models of people that have been in relationships for decades and are happy, like they're all like winging it.
