The Question of the Divinity of Jesus
If you really don't believe Jesus is the divine son, then you wouldn't have a view of what actually happened that would be much similar to those who do. And I think for this reason that if you believe that Jesus is the son of God, then you know that the Eucharist is not accidental. It's not tangential to what he was doing,. He knew exactly how to transmit it and he knew Exactly how to. The power of the Holy Spirit can make sure that what he did is followed through one perfectly.
