Are You Taking Anything for Granted?

I think that YouTube as a platform is unfairly maligned at times. If YouTube wants to maintain its position, it needs to foster better relationships with the creators. The Spotify is out there right now. They're building a video platform, they're recording creators. So at some point, somebody builds something that takes significant market share from YouTube.
