The third common challenge was establishing successful and long term adoption. The patterns we found in this challenge emerge around the concept of control. A number of our interviewes held the view that focusing on data privacy is simply misguided. And so that leads me to talking about numer eight, ignore the anxiety around privacy. It's a red herring.
