When you open the book Elevate Your Team you use some data points about how rapidly you've scaled Acceleration Partners. We grew I think it sort of high and almost about 30% for a decade we've grown down almost 350 people globally probably five six years ago that was around 100. While we have a investment partner in the last year to most of that growth was all kind of self-funded. So I think we're moving away from this hey let's grow the business at all costs no matter what the cost or expenses to our people"
