The Potential for a Civil War in Afghanistan
Do you see the potential for this descending into civil war? I think we've seen civil war of a kind in the last few days, and I think it will just continue. In a society as fractured and as inherently violent as Afghanistan, that is pretty much the normal state of things. It doesn't matter who's in power in Kabul, there will be violent groups of armed men going around and shooting each other.
