Waiving Confidentiality in a Non-Abandonment
Amft says in their non abandonment section that you don't abandon or neglect clients and treatment without making reasonable arrangements for continuation of treatment. If it is in the best interest of the client you then can waive confidentiality. The ways people have learned about the death of their therapist have been really traumatic It's waived in these kinds of conditions what about putting this narrative of therapeutic letter grinding to contextualize gains?
