How do we assess what places will bea safer, more likely to have systems intact. What should somebody who's listening to this look for? I soi, i write about this a lot in the snapforward, and i teach classes about it and stuff. So it's a complex topic, but let me try and boil it down to a few things. The first thing tha we're looking for is some place that's safer. It not safe ecause there ar, thereare risks that we're already aware exist. And there are risks we're pretty confident we'll get worse.
