The claim that a liberal democracy is the only civilized way to govern a population seems like a little bit of a twisting of what people say. The point is, for any given information source, how likely is its way of telling a story a being to be influenced by its bioces and its prejudices and so forth? And i'm sure that the united states government has propaganda. I've been to china. There is never an election where the commun party wants to win and doesn't. That just doesn't happen. So you have to actually take some care to get things right.
