How to Write a Record

I realized how much I relied on writing things down to get them out of my head more you know now more than ever with this anxiety stuff. The next album is going to be something different and I can't quite put my finger on it yet but I've been having some weird thoughts I've been writing them down. My dream is to go away maybe somewhere like to island or to Norway somewhere remote and sit and write with people and just have time. Sometimes I will sit and just like things will just flow and it's usually because I've been through something or my anxiety has been particularly bad and I really need to get things off my chest.
