The Ripple Effects of Founder CEOs

What I'm learning from this tea is, you know, founder, CEO, wife combination. How many times are we going to see the same story over and over again? There's so many founder CEOs that just like had a vision, great idea, but they couldn't execute on the business side of it. So, founder CEOs need to look at themselves and say, yes, I had this great idea. Maybe it's time I take a back seat and bring in the CFO and align this company.
