Is Progressivism in Favor of Statistics?

i'm noticing a common r thread between the examples that both of us are giving, which is that basically, progressivism is in favor of statistics that don't require judgment. Ri so if youre, for example, like the pre preqe stuff, it's like, ok, everyone gets preqe. It's not like some people have x and some people have y.
