Is China Really a Good Place to Invest?
I think there's two big issues. One is that the Chinese have switched from, you know, really a very bad COVID policy to a more manageableCOVID policy. And monetarily, they've gone from tight to loose. The thing that hasn't changed has been true really since 2018. It's sort of geopolitical aggravation of investing in China. You know, it's not a lot of fun. I don't think China itself is that attractive for those reasons, but that whole region is now much, much more attractive. Some of the markets surrounding China are investable. Japanese as a byproduct of yield curve control have also sort of involuntary switch to a very loose monetary policy
