How to Create a Safe Environment for Neurodiversity

Leaders need to create a safe environment where they feel like they can speak up because they've seen you speak up. If they see me being successful, even if they don't see the parts where I'm not successful and I have a rough day, they still start to accommodate and feel better. It's not just saying it's a safe environment. It's actually actions, providing tools, doing things like that.
