Petro Is a Former Mayor of Borota, M and Is Closely Associated With the Protest Movement That Took to the Streets Last Spring
The new statesman looks at the election in columbia. Petro seems to have quite a good chance of winning, which would be yet another example of a latin american government falling to the left. The pendulum consto ofe always swing back wherever you are in the world. Andi i think we have this tendency when a group of countries go to one end of the political spectrum, to sort of look at it as though like that's it.
