The Zero Knowledge Proof Bits
Each row has nine piles of cards, and each pile will have the number one through nine in it. The verifier can then go through these piles to see if they're all filled with numbers. This is a non-interactive proof because anyone who wasn't even there can look at them too. To verify this, you need some trust that the prover has followed this protocol.
