China's Diplomacy Is Not Unique

I'm really curious to know how different for example China's diplomacy has been from say India's you know or other major Asian parts are they so different. I think in some ways there are different and like you said there is a distinctive nature to it but it's not necessarily unique why is it not unique? There are lots of commonalities that you will find in what other countries are doing and what the Chinese are also doing. But there are certain distinctive traits and those traits are derivative of political culture ideological sort of systems and cultural traditions.
