Is Social Security a Guaranteed Income Stream for Retirees?

Social security is a guaranteed income stream that you can't outlive. So let's put a mortgage on your primary property, and buy two rental houses with the money your socal security payment. They have one mortgage with a declining balance. And so their assets are growing overtime and their income is growing overtime. That's a really, really good plan, in my opinion for retiries.
