The forty nines are keeping jimmy garoplo under contract and not releasing him. The main reason is they don't want him to go to seattle. And that's a division rival. I'm not sure jimmy groplo wants to go to houston. Probably wants to go some place where he can win. But i do think that just the thought that he end up in seattle, with seattle giving the forty niters nothing in return, is the reason that jimmygrobler is still with the forty niners.
