Nebraska's budget was growing at six and a half %, which is above what its long range revenues were going at. Governor says he wanted to return the surplus back to tax payers of ne Nebraska. He has signed bill that this year will deliver 500 forty eight million dollars in property tax relief. And then when i'm proposing, in addition to that is taking our income tax rate down by a full percentage point.
