But these friction reducing activities create their own sort of friction because maybe you don't get introduced in that one setting where things would have been easier. The shelf space still matters. Your product might be great, but how do you get it on the shelves of walmart? Because if you're not on the shelves of Wal-Mart or Gogl, you might be invisible.
