The Importance of Soft Skills in a Product Environment
In the consulting business industry for a couple decades now I don't necessarily strive in a product environment in the same way and I have my own reasons for that. When you're going into an environment in those first several weeks or months like you know you were saying be polite shut up just take notes and form alliances with other people. One of the things that I've seen happen with some consulting companies they'll come in it's interesting like a little bit of politicking working with your peers because I'm actually kind of curious with this lean mind usually brought in because of a recommendation from one of the software engineers but there are two very different situations to navigate.
