Exercise is not this laborious need discipline and willpower to get yourself out of bed or going on a cold day. You've got to find what you just love to do. How can you move your body in ways that you enjoy? And so in terms of the body types, don't be too strict with this. This is just general principles to understand because again, we're wanting to use exercise just as we use diet or herbs or relationships or anything to create balance. Balance is where the bliss in life comes from.
