Most important person is spirt direction, o theholy spirit. The second most important person is the du t and the third most important person would be the director. When i'm sitting with a person, trying to hear what god is doing in their life, both so i can reflect that back which both kind of strengthens the grace and gives them more clarity on how god is working in their lives. Sometimes you can make connections. God seems to work in your life this way. Ya. Or you can actually sk ask a good penetrating question, and you can see the grace kind of return in the moment,.
