I Think It Comes From a Place of Fear and Wanting to Blame and Shame and Yeah Blame Someone Else
There are likely parents listening to this men and women mum's and dads. What we can do is perhaps offer them some insight from your perspective of what they could be doing. I know that actually you have had some real backlash from mothers of boys who are who I guess have been sexually assaulted. It comes from a place of fear and wanting to blame and yeah it truly is like that sense of fear of like not knowing what to do in that kind of situation. Not wanting to confront the reality of sexual violence and how prevalent it has become.
