So for example, you got a race coming up in a month and maybe you're going to do some different eating patterns or try different things to improve performance for that month. And then you're going back to eating normally. How long does that last? Because they're using it as a tool for a specific and for specific end goal. She said she'll always tell me whenever whenever she's kind of like helping me navigate these things on this show.
